Anthony Stroud, bidding for Godolphin, had the final say at €2 million following a long bidding war for the grandson of GOLD ROUND, that was also a group winner from the excellent family of GOLDIKOVA.

Just a few minutes earlier, the agent also signed the docket at €575,000 for a son of Lope De Vega (lot 291) from Haras du Cadran. The blue-blooded colt is a grandson of Group 1 winner GREY LILAS and is out of a sister to Classic winner GOLDEN LILAC and Group winner GREY LYON.
