After making their presence felt throughout the day, Blandford Bloodstock entered into a long battle before coming out on top for a daughter of the young stallion Ribchester from Church Farm & Horse Park Stud.  

After signing the docket for the half-sister to the black-type EXPENSIVE DATE from the family of MUARRAB and BUNGLE INTHEJUNGLE, Richard Brown said,

She gave an exceptional breeze, and has a lot of scope. She’s a magnificent filly from a great Chris Wright family. I am a big fan of Ribchester, and we’ve been hearing lots of good things about his progeny and they have already been running well. I didn’t think she’d be this expensive, but she was one of the best fillies in the sale. We’ll see later if I was right!
